Account information: your email address and a securely hashed version of your password.
Payment information: handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive limited details such as your subscription status and a customer reference — we do not store your full card number.
Images you upload: the photos or screenshots you submit to identify outfits.
Usage information: basic technical data such as requests to our service, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide outfit identification and shopping results; create and manage your account; process your subscription; send essential emails such as password resets; and maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

3. How images are processed

To identify an outfit, an image you upload is stored temporarily and sent to third-party providers that perform image analysis and reverse-image search. This is core to how the Service works. These providers process the image to return matching products. Please only upload images you are comfortable sharing for this purpose and that you have the right to use.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share limited data with trusted providers only to run the Service:

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use it for advertising.

6. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images and search results may be retained to provide features such as your wardrobe; you can remove saved looks, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@mystyledhub.com. We will respond in line with applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including password hashing and encrypted secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
