Welcome to MyStyledHub ("MyStyledHub", "we", "us", or "our"), available at mystyledhub.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

MyStyledHub is an outfit-identification tool. You upload a photo or screenshot of an outfit, and the Service attempts to identify the individual pieces and find where they may be purchased. Results are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any item will be identified, that an identification is correct, or that a product shown is the exact item in your image or is available for purchase.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Membership and billing

• The Service is offered as a paid subscription. The current price is shown at checkout and is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to use; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; or resell or share your account.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process those images to provide the Service, including sending them to the third-party providers that power identification and search (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any image you submit.

6. Shopping links and third parties

The Service may show links to third-party retailers. We do not sell those products, control their pricing or availability, or guarantee any purchase. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases you make with third parties are governed by their terms, not ours.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Fashion identification is inherently imperfect and results may be incomplete or incorrect.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyStyledHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
